They can cause something called 'Hood Flutter' at highway speeds, where the hood will vibrate as air can get under the hood and the rubber makes it bouncy. I was driving more on the highways for a period of time and it became really noticeable for me. These came with all the parts you need! I picked these because for the price they seemed to get the job done and seemed to function well. It helps to have tiny hands as you will need to attach the bottom catch to the hood area. They can be a little tight at first, make an adjustment to the adjuster screws if it is too hard to open.
