This fits tight and covers the trunk well! It at least keeps the trunk area a little more secure so can't see what's in it. It also protects groceries from the sun. My only gripe is that when you close it, you have to flip up the magnetic lip, otherwise it gets closed in the door. I don't mind it but it will wear out faster getting caught in the door each time. The magnets help it so that there is no gap and water flows out instead of in.
