I’ll be honest - it makes you poop big. This is a way to battle satiety and have big clean BM. This is the unflavored kind and it is gross to have on it’s own - you’ll most likely mix it with something. I’ve found a low sugar fruit juice works well. Or you can get the flavored kind but it is packed with sugar and still doesn’t taste that great.
