This tracker is great, it really keeps good track of what I’m doing while I’m sleeping. I already have the Withings scale, so this popped up in my app as another device and I can see how poorly I’m sleeping lol. Even if the sleep metrics seem a bit arbitrary, it does give me a sleep score and can really be helpful in keeping you accountable in terms of how MUCH sleep you get. I find my self looking back at the week and being really surprised at how little sleep I can get.
